Because this will be my Uncensored look at Warcraft Riches (AKA Derek’s Gold Mastery Guide).  I’m going to cover everything, the good and the bad, nothing will be left out!

So What Exactly Is Warcraft Riches?

Well, this guide which also goes by “Derek’s Gold Mastery Guide” is created by Derek Beachler, a man who at one time used to farm and sell gold and characters to Chinese gold farmers which would then be sold to WoW players.  That was in his past though as now he’s come clean and decided to show others how he goes about making the gold he made.  In his book he covers ways which can generate over 2,500 gold a day if implemented, without getting banned.

What’s In The Package?

When you get Warcraft Riches, what you get is basically 7 PDF files..here’s some detailed info on a few of them:

1.     The Auction House Guide (37 pages)

This is a guide that shows you how it’s possible to get at the bare minimum, 500g a day without doing very much through the auction house.  You’re shown how to play the Auction House properly to milk out the most profit, what items you need to deal in, how to buy them then sell them back for a profit and you’re even shown how to get into the mind of the buyer and find out when the best time to sell is.

2.     General Strategy/Grinding Guide (51 pages)

If grinding is something you can deal with, this guide will show you the best ways to go about getting the job done.  In fact, one of the good things about this guide is he goes over several ways of doing it which are actually FUN.  This is huge as grinding can be dull most of the time.  He goes over 12 different ways to do it ranging from AOE grinding, doing Dailies, farming for rep, farming for cloth and doing instance runs to name a few.  He gives detailed instructions as well as pics showing you how to go about doing it as well.

You also get a few other guides as well:

3.  A Beginner Guide (9 pages)
4.  A Profession Guide (26 pages)
5.  The Auction House 5k Theory (13 pages)

As good as this all was, I did have a few problems with it though:

CONS:

  • A few of the methods of making gold in the grinding guide might become boring and monotonous after some time
  • You’re going to need to take some time to learn the Auction House economy on your server first

For the pros..

PROS:

  • There are a bunch of ways to make money in here that take very little effort.  If you put them to work, you can make a couple hundred gold pretty easily each day
  • There are many different ways to make gold that are documented across the 7 guides, you’re bound to find a handful that you like
  • Casual gamers can learn of ways to make a significant amount of money with relatively little time, more so than players who spend 10 hours a day on the game
  • There’s a bonus Fishing Guide included that shows you how to make money off of fishing
  • You get a speed profession leveling guide
  • You get access to a newsletter that keeps you up to date on the latest ways to make money
  • You get a 60 day money back guarantee

Final Thoughts:

I’ve had my fair share of struggles in making money playing World of Warcraft, I’ve even gone as far as buying gold from gold farmers and had my money taken away from me in a Blizzard crack down so anything that shows you how to avoid that I’m willing to take a look at.

Derek’s Gold Mastery Guide was a pretty impressive read through, the books were all very detailed and informative and provided many ways to go about making a substantial amount of money in World of Warcraft, thus saving yourself a ton of time.

I’ve only used a few of the techniques, but already I’m averaging 250 gold/h a level of income I’m quite happy to remain at.
